I signed up with this group after my long time physician retired. Fortunately, I have not had to use them often. I have found Dr. Stephens to be responsive and caring . I am totally over my fear of losing my long time doctor. I would definitely recommend them.

Scott SilveyFamily Tree have ruined other doctors for me. They treat me with such love and care that I’m practically spoiled when I go. I can’t go to other doctors offices and not think ‘wow, if only they treated me like Family Tree’. They practically do everything at their offices, from taking out stitches, to heart tests, and they are usually available right away. I have called same day and they were able to take me an hour later. Dr. Stephens is an incredible human being and if other doctors were like her, the world would be a better place. If you were ever doubting going there for whatever reason: don’t. It’s worth every penny. 10000% recommend!

Mogan SmithMet Dr. Shanna and Dr. Brad. This place is legit! Wish I would have started here years ago. Their meds were cheaper than GoodRX, the labs were 3x less than my out of pocket with insurance. Plus, you get to bond with your doctor vs being rushed in and out! If you have a HSA, this is the way to go!

Karla JonesFamily Tree and their Physician’s provide excellent care. Their entire staff is warm and welcoming the moment you walk in the door. (doesn’t feel like your typical doctor’s office). You’re not sitting in the waiting room waiting for 30-60 minutes past your appointment time for someone to call out your name when it’s your turn. You are greeted by the physician who greets you with genuine concern for your visit. Their care is personal, attentive and never rushed. When you schedule an appointment, you’re not waiting days or weeks to be scheduled like most physician offices. Sometimes it’s the same day or next day scheduling. When I need imaging or tests, their negotiated rate with providers is significantly less than using my commercial insurance for those services. It’s a win for me. The doctors and staff will exceed your expectations!

GinaMy wife and I have been coming here for a couple years now and it’s been an incredible experience! I wish all healthcare worked like Family Tree does. They’re affording and always looking to save us money on medications and other treatments. Their first response though isn’t to shove pills down our throats, it’s to take care of us as a whole and use meds or alternative treatments when it makes sense, which we greatly appreciate. If you are looking for a new doctor, stop looking and sign up!
