Family Tree Primary Care does not accept insurance plans. Instead, we offer quality healthcare in exchange for a low monthly membership fee. This means there are no copays, deductibles, or third-party invoices. Your membership comes with a wide variety of services that encompass 90% of the healthcare you will ever need!
For additional medical needs—such as imaging and lab work—you’ll receive access to exclusive Family Tree pricing that we’ve pre-negotiated with local vendors. In many cases, these cash rates are drastically lower than your copay.
